This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have deliberately kept the site simple: it runs no advertising trackers and no analytics.
Information you give us
The booking and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, and the service you need. The contact form also asks for your email address, service address and a description of the problem. You choose what to enter.
When you submit a form on a phone, the details are placed into a text message in your own messaging app, addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted until you press send, and the message travels through your mobile carrier rather than through this website. On a desktop, the form shows you the same text so you can copy it or call us instead.
If we later enable server-side sending, the message is passed to our SMS provider solely to deliver it to our dispatch line. We will update this policy before that change goes live.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request tells Google the IP address of the device loading the page. We do not control that processing; see Google's own privacy policy for details.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracking.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule service
- To reach you about work in progress, estimates and follow-up
- To keep records of work performed, as required for warranties and tax purposes
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for anyone else's marketing. We do not send marketing texts or emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to do the job: our web host, and — if and when we enable it — the SMS provider that delivers your request to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept as long as needed to support warranties, resolve disputes and meet legal and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as useful, and you may ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 1 (800) 226-6126 or write to the address below and we will respond.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including rights to know, delete, and correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other websites, so there is no behaviour for a Do Not Track signal to change.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here with a new date at the top.
